Join Thriving Together for Change Takes Root:, an interactive in-person convening where community leaders, grassroots organizers, and institutional partners will come together to advance strategies for community-led systems change.
Rooted in the Thriving Together Framework’s mezzo-level strategies, this convening shifts from reporting out to co-creating actionable solutions grounded in collective responsibility. Together, we will:
- Uplift micro-level leadership, including tools like the Manifesto for Justice
- Build capacity through participatory workshops on the Wellbeing Portfolio, Aligned Contributions Model (ACM), and more
This is a space to reflect, connect, and move forward together—modeling what it means to be community-led, data-informed, and accountable to one another.
