Monthly Housing Hangouts: Community Conversations on Triad Housing Needs

Kick off the reboot of the Monthly Housing Hangouts with an introduction to the new series and a featured presentation by Dr. Stephen Sills providing up-to-date data and insights on the current state of affordable housing in the Piedmont Triad, including trends in housing supply, affordability, and the challenges facing our communities.
What to Expect:

- Presentation: Learn about key trends in affordable housing, population growth, market pressures, and the growing supply gap.
- Discussion: Participate in an open dialogue about challenges and opportunities for the region.
